I lost 30lbs of baby fat that had been hanging on for years. It took me about 8 months, and that was 3 years ago. Then during the past year due to stress and injury I stopped working out and gained about 10-15 lbs back. I have been seriously trying to get it off for about 5 months now with NO success. I'm very discouraged and not sure where to turn. I think I do too much working out trying to find the magic recipe that made the weight fall off so well in the past, but it's just not working for me anymore. To top it off I have a high school reunion coming up in a month and I'm getting extremely discouraged because I wish I look like I did last year! Any suggestions?

The very best suggestion is to do a search and you'll find lots of great info with people in the same situation like you.
Don't give up, you can get there as well.
