I must admit I am somewhat confused with the carbo loading and depleting in the week prior to competition. As you might guess, this is my first. My competition is on a Saturday, so do I start carb loading on Monday? and for how long, and how does the depletion play in. I am ready now, and do not wantto do something silly to ruin all my hard work...

Hey bb1fit, Where do you stand on bodyfat right now and what is your daily diet.....and how is that working? Get me a bit more info and I can help.

I got one week back now for my next competition.......... Grrrrr I hate that. No, not the comp but the diet...... One get soooooooo grumpy so give apologizes to your friends and wife BEFORE you go on the diet 'cause you are going to be a liiiiiiittle tired of everything (and everybody). Wednesday (or Thursday) will be fun day thou = CARP UP DAY!!!!! (yupppiiiii!!!) Friday and Saturday you'll just be thirsty, so that's no fun also..... BUT Saturday you'll be on the stage as well and you'll be happy and proud of what you have been able to get through. Sooooo many people weren't able to do what YOU did. Now just think of that.......
Finally, please tell us how it went!!!

Itroisi: I am currently at around 6% bodyfat, feel very lean. My daily diet right now consists of protein every 2 hours, about 60 grams of carbs daily. Am working on carb depletion. Monday is too early to carb load. Start Wednesday morning or you'll loose the effect of muscle fullness.
Watch your water intake now as well.
Anyway, I thought it was this weekend?!!! So it's next weekend (the 4-5th) Just like me......
