HELP!!! Why is it that I always crave food after 10pm??? I initially start out with carrots and celery...but after about 8 trips to the litchen end up with a mitt full of cookies and ice cream! I close the kitchen doors and go elsewhere, but I always end up getting called back by the little gremlins under the fridge......any suggestions? I get this whether I work out or not (I usually go for my run at 9:30 pm and back by 10:15-10:30)(I'm also off on an injury right now) then straight to the kitchen!

This is normal; When ever you do any work-outs cardio or not you will build a strong appetite, especialy for carbos. Its important to refuel with in an hour after your workout. Suggestion work out earlier in the day.

I'm going to try and eat less carbs at night...I do work out quite late. Usually 9:30 or later. I'm not a morning person. If I were to not eat carbs after say 4-5pm what would I eat for dinner? Just a chicken breast? Some egg whites? Yogurt? I think I need some suggestions...

Just eat normal well rounded meals for dinner; The chicken youve listed below would be perfect, along with some plain rice and a salad or another veggie. I would save the yogert for an in between snack. Just remember to eat in moderation, especialy if trying to lose weight, never eat to get that full feeling. Drink lots of cold wtr to satisfy a hungry tummy. Not an expert here, but just some tricks that work for me when I want to get cut, or improve my run time.
