HELP!! What can I do to curb that late night snacking....initially I will go for the carrots and celery...but after about 8 trips to the kitchen I end up with a fist full of cookies and ice cream! I close the kitchen doors and go elsewhere, but I still end up getting called by the little gremlin under the fridge. Any help? Am I actually thirsty?
