How can i make my lateral (outer)triceps get big and add mass to it. can someone plis give me the exercise that work most the outer triceps heads to make my triceos look bigger than my shoulder from a front and back view of myself. please help me.

pull down, you grip under hand( as if to curl it) your palm is up and you "pull it down'
Push downs your palm is down, an dyou push it down.
Close grip benches, and yes skull crushers.

i like to reverse my grip on bench too, and grip at about shoulder width. hit the bar under your pecs and make sure you straighten all the way out on the way up. also make sure you gotta good spotter its hard to hold heavy weight like that nad you never know what will happen.
