I workout 3- 5 days a week,and am going to start taking labrada lean body m.r.p, i will be taking just one packet daily 2-3 times a day , please could some one tell me when are those 2-3 times(besides post workout), so that it can be most effective, wether pre workout or before sleeping or when you get up in the morning?

Good choice on MRP - Lean Body is excellent stuff. A meal replacement is to be taken when you need food, but can't get around to it. There is no set time you should take your MRPs; just take them when you haven't consumed food for about 2-3 hrs. If you eat enough food throughout the day, maybe only one a day will suffice.

Lean body is a good choice, tasty and good nutrition. MRP's are probably best used as one of 3 ways, (1)for dieting as a meal replacement,(2) for nutrition "on the go"(when you need a meal and don't have the time), or(3) as an addition to your diet for weight gaining(extra calories). Depending on which of these meet your current needs is when it is best to use them.
