I naturally have stockly legs, but I am needing to slim them down. What is the best excercises to do this... or just more cardio?:love::dumbbell:

cut calories...just so happens this is where you probably carry the most fat....or do more cardio...the best ofcourse is a mix of the two...

cut calories (but not too much,) do cardio, and make sure to include squats in your weight lifting routine. To loose fat on your legs, you have to reduce all over body fat.
