Hi guys I am 25 yrs and currently overweight since i got too busy at work and had to leave my workouts.However the good news is that I am back at the gym.I am looking to shed those extra pounds and get the ripped effect.I am looking for lean mass and NOT BULK with proper defination especially in the chest and abs area.I was wondering that which supplement would be best suitable for me?

Supplement your diet with healthier food and supplement your workouts with a high intensity training routine. There is no need for one of those so-called 'fat-burning' supplements at this point. Work on perfecting your diet so you increase you metabolism FIRST! Save your money and don't buy anything but food for right now.
