Has anyone ever tried this stuff? Looks like L-Carnitine is the main ingredent so I might just go out and buy a bottle of that for $3-4.

No, Lean out is not just L-Carnitine. Quality product. It is a synergistic blend with Chromium, CoQ10, and a blend of amino acids that aid in fat transport, metabolism, etc. The idea with them is they "encourage" the use of fat for fuel. A good way to take them is 2 with every other meal, and 4 before cardio. Skip the meal after cardio. It is not a miracle, and if you have lots of fat to lose, they will dissapoint you as will anything else, but they are of great aid with the proper diet. I use them before every contest.

I don't have much fat to lose but I also wanted to cycle it with Muscle Synergy do you think that would have positive effects. My goals are to burn fat and put on more lean muscle. Thanks in advance

Synergy and Lean out are two totally different supplements. Synergy will go a long ways toward letting you keep your muscle while burning fat. Synergy is great for strength, and great on a cut. I would take my Synergy twice per day, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, and then again mid afternoon. The reason for the empty stomach is to help promote release of GH. You should get alot stronger taking these. I also use them, they are probably the one what I would call a "wonder supplement". I do not recommend them much, they are a bit cost prohibitive. If you don't know, go to www.vitaglo.com and buy them there. You will save a bundle. And free shipping on all orders over $50.
