I'm working on the good ol' 6-pack. I know I have to shed the extra pounds around my waist in order for them to show but I have a question on an exercise I found.
I was browsing the net and I found Bruce Lee's daily routine. I saw "leaning twist" on there. How do you execute a "leaning twist"
I'm not positive but it sounds like the sitting twist thing they have on here. You sit in a chair or on a bench and have a broom or some type of bar in your hands and put it over your shoulders. You then lean forward and twist ... maybe? Have you tried to look it up on Yahoo ... go to Yahoo and type in the search box...
My ab program here on ft has an ab exercise where you do the twist as laneylou descibed except you are standing up and bent forward at the hips. You twist till the bar is pointed floor to ceiling.
