I am a very active woman... 103lbs, 5 ft.... in the gym 2 hours about 5 times a week... cardio and weights. I also teach body sculpting and cycle. I am having a hard time getting that lean cut body that i want... and need a diet plan to get it done... any suggestions?
Sounds like you're in great shape, but some questions:
What does your diet look like now? % protein, carbs, fat? How's your sodium intake? Are you drinking enough water? What is your weight training routine like?
