it could depend on how much smaller.. my left is something like 0.2 smaller then my right.. that just could be the way it will be.. you could try to favor that arm by starting things like dumbell curls with your left arm instead of your right.. but I don't know if they will ever be perfectly equal.. I lost the page but I had some old measurements for Bruce Lee and his left was slightly smaller then his right...

This is normal, especialy if your right handed.Just do more sets with the smaller arm. Try to use left arm instead of right.

How many times I thought to myself if I only had 2 right arms I could have done another rep!! I think this is a normal thing.

Working the smaller arm more could lead to over training. I would suggest, in the alternative, that you use barbells. This requires both arms to work in concert. You will be able to maintain your right arm while the left catches up.

ya, when your squeezing you bicep at the top of the repetition, focus a little more on the smaller bicep, or just try usuing db for a bit, if that doen;st work its probably just genetics

I broke my right wrist practically right off about 6 months ago. I had pins put in it for almost 2 months. During that time, my right bicept shrunk to about 3-4 inches smaller than my left bicept. I was really bad. The guys at the gym were rasing me and told me to wear long sleeve t-shirts.
When the cast and pins came out, I started a rigorous arm workout to get the right side to the size of my left. It's funny, but my left actually grew 1/2 inch during the time my right wrist was in a cast.
I did supersets of bis and tris with barbells and machines once a week. I did forearm mid week to try and hit every part of my arm (lots of hammer curls and reverse curls).
My right arm would of course give out before my left, but within two months, they were both at around the strengh. I now do a normal arm workout and both my arms are the same size (they're actually 1/2 inch larger than before breaking my right wrist).
Took me 3-4 months of priority training, but my right arm is back to normal and not a freaky embaressment.

I have a similar problem however, not really that pronounced. I actually see a difference in my pecs. Right Pec is more defined than my left. That's fairly discouraging. lol I'm attempting to fix that problem by focusing more on the left pec.
