I love running, the problem is that I used to jump out of airplanes for a living as a Army Ranger. I think all the ruff landings have caught up with me. When I hit my first mile, I feel a sharp pain in my left foot (where I fractured a bone about 5 years ago) that seems to linger for about 3 hours and then dies out. Any ideas on how I can get rid of this? It's extremely annoying...
