Maybe its because im so tall but I have really bad leg flexibility. Its no problem in the gym, but its a problem elsewhere. Any advice on this?
Does adding muscle to the legs help you build flexibility?

Are you having problems bending your legs or hips to a certain degree? Check this site, it may help you with understanding your flexibility problem:

youy should be stretching after every workout.. it will help you retain full range of motion and prevent injury. building muscle typically results in a loss of ROM.. muscles get bigger, expand into joint area, and thus, you cant touch your toes anymore :)

I agree bropie. I'm in the military and I tell people that all the time in the fit test. I'm 6ft 4 and built well on my lower body. I can't touch my toes anymore. I haven't been able to for 8 or so years. They test us on that too, it is real dumb.
