Hey.
Im 15 years old and I have just started weight training on my legs.
I can leg press 1160 pounds for 5 reps and I was wondering if that it good or not?
Can somebody give me some pointers on how to train for my legs.
Thanks

Stop leg pressing and start squatting. Are you actually going down to the point where your knee almost touch your chest or are you just bending your knees a little.

I bend my knees to about half an inch from my chest because my legs wont go all the way to my chest. Working on it though.

Hit the squat rack, more total body benefits than the LP.

Yea, I would, but squatting is hard and the bar hurts my neck.
