leg press substitute for home machine

I've got a recumbent bike for cardio, and I just set up a low-end weight machine for strength training. It's got low pulley, high pulley, and butterfly/press. I don't have any free weights.

What can I do to make up for the lack of leg press? I thought maybe hook the lat bar to the low pulley and do a sort of "reverse squat," but is that just asking for a back injury?
