At the end of my leg workout I do leg extensions, but when I do them, at the top of my extension my legs start to shake. It doesn't matter what weight I do, and it is pretty embarrassing. Should I just do them earlier in my workout? What do you suggest?
The tremor sometimes happens when a muscle is not used to the extra work and fatigue sets in. Try doing them first, don't forget a warm up, but also please fill out your profile so you can get more help. We don't know what level of fitness you are at, and that would help.
