Hot bath, massage, ibuprofen, and believe it or not, some light cardio to get your muscles moving.
4 days is harsh, be sure your legs aren't swollen (torn muscles). If they are you may want to see a doctor.
When you start a routine again you need to ease into it, but with leg day there really seems to be that inevitable soreness after the first few workouts.
Good luck.

You're likely experiencing delayed onset muscle soreness(DOMS)
....it is usually the worst 2-4 days after intense exercise...I am sore almost a whole week after some intense workouts....
-Hot/Cold Baths help
-Light Massage Helps
-Eating right after workout helps speed up the recovery
-Passive/Static stretching after workouts helps
-ibuprofen helps relieve pain but it slows down muscle repair
-light cardio helps
-doing light stretches/exercises on the sore muscle groups(25-30% for 2-3 sets)
