Use very light weight and be ready for a bit of pain afterwards
-------------- When I consider the short duration of my life, swallowed up in the eternity before and after, the little space which I fill and even can see, engulfed in the infinite immensity of spaces of which I am ignorant and which know me not, I am frightened and am astonished at being here rather than there; for there is no reason why here rather than there, why now rather than then. Who has put me here? By whose order and direction have this place and time been allotted to me? The eternal silence of these infinite spaces frightens me.

It's a "GOOD" pain, though...

I would say light as well...I'm the opposite..I have very weak arms...start slow so you don't hurt so bad after that you tell yourself you won't ever try THAT again!!When the soreness sets in..just do a light workout..get some blood flowing in those limbs, and you'll feel better in no time...good luck!

Go light, as mentioned above, and stretch after working out, before bed, upon waking, and throughout the next day. Drink plenty of water and eat well. The better your nutrition, the less the DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) in the long run.
