Is it okay to workout legs twice a week?? Because I've been told to work them out twice a week but I don't know if it's good to do that. I work out my legs on Sundays and Thursdays.

That should be fine, they are far enough apart.(your workouts, not your legs):)

If you work your legs twice a week then do heavy on one of those days and on the other try some cutting up exercises.

wel i work mine 2 times a week, actually 3 times a week if not more depending onm what all i do ...........i Like doing cleans, cquats and deadlifts which all use the legs in one form or another......besides cheerleading is alot of legs too. Legs are pretty big and have alot of muscle so they can be worked a lil more than most body parts, but still make sure you eat good and healthy, as well as every other week give them some rest.
