I HAVE MUSCLED IN MY LEGS ALREADY AND I WANT TO KNOW WHAT TYPE OF WEIGHT EXERCISES MAKE THEM LOK LEANER AND TONER? DO I DECREASE THE WEIGHT AND ADD MORE REPS OR DO I HAVE TO DO FLOOR EXECISES LIKE PILATES OR SOMETHING, I JUST DONT WANT HUGE BULKY MUSCLES I MEAN THER IS REALLY NO FAT ON MY LEGS AT ALL?

sex change! why in the world would a guy not big legs...bet you still want big chest and biceps? if seriously dont want bigger legs dont work them, BUT WHY WOULD YA DO THAT? WOW should i even dignify this with a response OH WELL I've already wasted my time typing it

Making somthing appear "leaner and toner" means low body fat......unless I can count the muscle's in your legs as if i was looking at an anatomy chart....then you got some fat there.
So evaluate what you really want, cause all i can tell you to do is squats....and eat cleaner...

grow some balls and start deadlifting and squatting. that is all.

Some folk just don't carry much fat on their lower extremities...they may have protruding abs or skinny arms. Just their genetics. We attribute women to apple and pear shapes. Men also have inherited shapes. We've all seen the big strapping muscle men with the skinny legs. The reverse can also happen. Just spend more time on the things you want to build up (I didn't say all your time:laugh:). And continue to work on getting and staying lean overall.:dumbbell:
After writing all this, I noticed that FO1974 has not been back to the forum. Oh well.:surprised:
