I have started running about 2-3 times a week as my cardio routine. This past week I noticed that my normal leg resistance work-out was VERY difficult - my legs were just too tired. My question is, should I reduce the amount of running I am doing to allow for better leg workouts?

take 2 days off from running before you do legs.. it wont hurt you necessarily to run the day after doing heavy legs, but it will hurt you to run before you lift.... your power would definitely be better.
