Just signed up for the 12 week mass program and it has me doing alot less than what i usually do. Like on back day day is has me doing two exercise and 2 exercises of bicpes. I'm used to doing like 3-4 exercises on back and 3 on biceps. Guess this will shock the body hopefully i'll see some good gains. Does this program add more exercises the further you get into it? Never tried this program before heard nothing but good things so i'm excited to start on Monday.

my personal ft program give that amount of excersices too
it seems to me it is just not enough
as you do, i do 4-5 excersices for big muscles and 3-4 small muscle (depending i feel tired or not) once a week.
i think FT is wrong on that, i dont know hope staff tell us or moderators clear ourselfs
one thing to remember, when you do back you work bi´s so after 2 bi´s excercise well done you feel like you cant do anymore.
and also, it seems to me too that FT program is gradual:
first week not heavy compared to the ones will follow.

Strive to increase your weights with this program. Overload is key to muscle growth.

That is my plan I will defintaly go as heavy as possible while staying in the designated rep range. I'm thinking for sure I'm going to need more back exercises but i'll just play it by ear.

I like a regimine of 2 exercises for width, and 2 for thickness, and one for lower back exclusively. Vary the types of exercises you use for each, and you will see results.

you could do that, but i'd say you just hang in there, justin... by the time you get to week 8 (at most), you'll be wishing you could get rid of some of the exercises in the program =P heh, really, though, let the program pick up the pace and you'll probably be passing out after each session, and having chronic seizures in the locker room... o_O just let time do its magic...
