well im here today and have got my program and other bits and pieces ready to get started!
im currently working a job that requires us to work 12hr shifts, on a rotating roster. so its a juggle with my food but im working on that so i hope to have a plan that will help me attack those days where i am absolutely looking down the barrel of 4 x Cheese, bacon, tomatoe buns that cost $2.
having to devour them within a blink of an eye and then say "i wish i never ate those darn things!" but im getting better. hoping that behaviour carry's over to other foods that "call my name" so keeping track which this helps me to do will help me reach my goal!
