Is letuce a good source for anything? I know it has to have something, vitamins and all, bt does eating it really matter? I am loving it and need to love it more. :)

Iceburg is not so great, but Romaine has more vitamins and minerals.
100grms is around 18 calories contains 94grams of water.

A little water and a little fiber. Use spinach leaves.

Go by the color, the darker the lettuce(or about any veggie for that matter) in color, the better.

Spinach is a much better choice.

For some reason, I have not come across spinach here. Also because I don't go shopping much. My lettuce is butterhead, also a good one, I read.
What about tomato's? I enjoy them too. Any substitute for them? I don't think there is...
