In my bio online it says that I need at least 4500 calories, 260 protein and at least 600 grams of carbs.

I weigh at the present at least 180 lbs. That means that i have gained some pounds of muscle. However I am not getting all of the calories, etc but I am getting close to it.

Please evaluate my diet, and help me:
Breakfast: 4 whole eggs boiled and a bowl of oatmeal
Midlunch: METRx Ultra protein shake
Lunch: some chicken, fish or meat with rice.(sometimes a 6inch or 12 inch coldcut trio)
midafternoon: a tuna sandwich
afternoon: chicken and rice
before bed: a METRx shake

sometimes this type of eating may have me going to the restroom
