I was going to start lifting in the morning to try to use fat as my main energy source. I kno without supplements i would be burning muscle as fuel but is it ok to do if i take Xtend (bcaas) before i go? it has roughly 3.5g of leucine along with good amounts of glutamine, isoleucine, and valine. i figured that would prevent my body from using muscle as fuel but im not totally sure. just wondering what everyone else thinks.
