Hey guys and gals, make sure to keep a log of your workouts. I just started recently and am already seeing more output from my workouts. It also helps me to progressively add weight to my lifts week by week. I know its not a new idea I cooked up but I overlooked it for a long time. Many companies sell them for around $15 to $20 but I got some made at Office Depot for $6, spiral bound hard covered and all.

I think 7707 Mutt put up a good post on that subject. I find for $1.79 at Wal Mart a spiral notebook works well. If you are interested, go to Masmuscle.com I believe it is, and you can download a diet and log, just make copies of it.

Typo on the website...http://www.maxmuscle.com, use the drop down list, click downloads, and and click go. There you will have your choice of a few things, among them workout log, and meal log.
