Hello to all. I am new to this site, and I like it already. I would like to ask, what is the best exercises at home and in gym for lifting the lower butt? I like the size, but not the SHAPE of my butt. The upper portion of my butt is rounded and firm, but i dont know what happened to the lower portion over the past 2 years. :surprised: From the back, my butt looks rounded but from the side, its a totally different story. I am actually disgusted. It is begining to take its toll on my self esteem. I recently joined the gym and I have access to machines. Thanking you all in advance.

Lunges are great, squats, straight leg deadlifts. You can do them all bodyweight, with dumbbells or even with barbells but I'd do one of those instead of a machine.
