Hey wazzup ya'll. My name is Bryon and I'm new. I have to admit, this is one kick - ass site. It is probably THE best fitness site I have ever visited. By the way, I'm 18 years old. My height is 5'7 1/2" and my bodyweight is about 160 lbs. I started lifting weights at age 15 but i took it seriously just about 6 months ago when i bought my very first set of freeweights. Back then I was just lifting 15 lb stools as a substitute for dumbells. I am now considering to enter a gym and start my long journey towards achieving a muscular physique. I just wanted to know if this endeavor which i have chosen will hamper my growth in terms of height considering that I'm just 18. Thanks and more power.
