I did my back exercizes monday and I cycle through days:
day1: back, biceps
day2: chest, shoulders, tris
day3: legs, some abs
I am on day four now, thursday and my back is still hurting from the intense workout on day1. Should I be lifting today? Another thing, is there anything wrong with my schedule? Day2 can be pretty tough...

Are you doing Arnolds program? I dont recommend working out the same bodypart twice in one week.

I just have the time to go 4-5 days a week and end up working everything by day 3 or 4. I should probably spread it out a little.
thanks for the suggestion,
Ryan (PS, philly cat as well...)

I used to do the Arnold workout and I worked each bodypart twice a week. I got buff, but I also injured myself a bunch of times. I backed it off to a four day split and it works out good for me.
