This is just out of my curiosity. I'm a little over 16 years old now. I'm wondering what did all of you dead lift, squat, and bench when you were 16, 17, and how much you do now. It's nice to compare and set a goal for yourself for each year, that's why I'm wondering what you lifted when you were 17, cause that's about 6 months away for me. Just curious :).

well since highschool....i'm 40lbs heavier.....arms are 2 1/2 in bigger.........bench is up....oh almost 50 lbs, squat up over 10olbs more dl is lower.....because in highschool we had hexabars so ti was easier....but i only like 50lb away from that max.

never squatted/deadlifted in HS or trained with any consistancy...so can't tell u...I am 75lb heavier than I was at 16...with lower body fat with 4.5 bigger arms...

Sorry sbroyhill, I did post it in a similar post, but I don't think anyone saw it because they only answered the "original" post and did not answer mine. So I did my own post hoping different resultsl.

gained 50lbs, 4 inchs on my arms, and bench went up 70lbs

I'm 17 now, I bench 205 and squat 245.

At 16 i benched 245, squatted 365 and deadlift 305. At 17, which is now, i bench 285, squat 455, and deadlift 370.
