I've had a weird phenomenon here lately, over the last couple days only while I'm walking, the muscle directely over the kneecap the teardrop feels as if a butterfly is under my skin, it does not hurt and the second I stop walking to feel it, since usually when a muscle does this its an involuntary twitch, It stops, I can't feel the muscle twitching, I thought that was weird, I don't think its anything to be concerned about but I'd thought I run it by some of you guys to see if you ever experienced anything like this. I mean usually if its a muscle twitch when you place your hand on it, it is still twitching, this time it stops the moment I stop walking to try and feel it.

Hehe. I get that sometimes when after a intense work out, or after periods of little activity. Its just a muscle spasm. It could be caused by a lot of things like stress (both physical and mental) or lack of sleep. Sometimes just because.

Its much more of an annoyance then anything else.
