Well as you all know, or some atleast, I'm in Baghdad. There are no supermarkets to shop at. I have a list of Breakfast, lunch and dinner foods that i can get and I'm wondering if you all can help me decide based on the Fat Loss and Toning Nutritional Chart what i should eat.
Here Goes:
Breakfast - Sausage (greasy)
Scrambled Eggs (with yolk)
Pancackes or french toast (syrup optional)
Fruit Salad ( i know thats a plus)
English Muffin or bagel (Cream Cheese available, not low fat)
Biscuits and Gravy (gravy has beef)
crossaint or whatever with melted cheese in the middle
Lunch - Salads
Spaghetti with meatballs
Sandwhiches (tuna, salami, ham, turkey, bologna, mozzerella cheese, lettuce, tomatoe, mayo, and mustard avail.)
Pizza
Mixed veggies
Dinner - steak
meatloaf
Pizza
fajita
hamburger(cheese optional)
cheesesteak
and lunch menu avail.
Now for the Secret Stash!
We have various MRE's available, but they are packed with calories. I'm talking about 2000+ per meal. They are made to survive one full day on one meal. I can keep track of my nutrient intake if i eat these, but they are nasty.
