Basically my predicament is that Im in college and what I eat depends on what is being served in the cafeteria. I only eat 2 meals a day mainly because I would rather sleep than wake up for breakfast. I try to get a good balance of foods while Im in there but some days it comes down to the hamburger and fries. Without spending a load of money on supplements how can I get more protein and other essentials into my diet that I need to progressivly get bigger while staying lean.
