Supplements can be a great aid with your health and fitness goals. Combined with the proper exercise and nutritional plan they can be quite effective.

I was searching the web for the past few days trying to get a "top 10" list for weightloss supplements. Lipovarin was in the number one spot under Consumer Health Digest. Has anyone heard of this? Does it work? The rest of the list is as follows...1. Lipovarin ™

2. Anorex-SF ™
3. Leptoprin-SF™
4. Zotrin ™
5. CortiDrene™
6. Hydroxycut ™
7. ThermaLean-RX™
8. Xenadrine-EFX ™
9. Lean System 7™
10. TrimSpa ™

Would you recommend any of these? I am starting a diet/exercise program and need help. I've used Xenadrine a long time ago and lost weight. This was when it had Ephedra in it. I was thinking of just getting Hydroxicut since it is still on the top ten but cheaper than Lipovarin (which can be anywhere from $50-90bucks. I would like some honest feedback for any of these or anything that really does work and is not on the list.
It's been a long time since I hit the gym on a regular basis and I eat way more than I should and my appetite is out of control! :) I'm 5'8" - 184lbs. Gained the weight since I started taking antidepressants. My goal weight is 125-130 lbs. I purchased multivitamins, as well as CLA, Omega 3-Oils, Chromiuom Pic., etc...I'm going on a pretty low calorie diet so I need the nutrients. I'm going on vacation in 2 1/2 months so I need to lose most of this weight as fast as I can. I know from previous diets that the Low Carb diets work well for me for emergency weightloss(I know it is not healthy to stick to in the long run)
Anyway, any feedback or help would be grately appreciated as far as Lipovarin, any of the other diet pills or even ideas on how I should go about this diet.
Thanks

How about the good ol fashion way? Diet and Exercise! Possibly and only possibly maybe incorporate a thermogenic.

You say you are going on "a pretty low carb diet so you need the nutrients". The products you posted above are not "nutrients".
If you are 5'8 and want to get to 125-130lbs.......(which I think is too low) start eating healthy food and eat 5x per day. Save your money for the vacation and not on "diet pills".
Add green tea into your diet, and start exersing. Cardio and resistance will do it for you. Just my 2 cents.
