Why don't you switch to another brand? I personally like the plain old white powder creatine and not mixed like CellTech. Make sure it contains the Creapure stamp...!

Prolab, Optimum Nutrition, and Universal Nutrition use Creapure. I personally use Prolab, but any of the 3 brands are fine. Save your money and do NOT buy the liquid crap. Its been proven not to be effective at all.

martinas2k3,
A solid training routine and a disciplined diet will give you results - supplements won't. Besides, I'm not a big fan of Cell-Tech anyway. Its overpriced sugar with a little creatine mixed in it. If you're going to buy supplements, buy protein.

I just started taking the liquid creatine and I'm hoping it works. The power form turns my stomach. The liquid does somewhat, but I've only been on it 6 days. I do however, notice I don't wear out as quickly though before I started taking it.

would anyone know if creatine burst would make you gain weight? im trying to lose weight and gain muscle. And do you really have to do the loading stage with creatine or is that just so creatine will make more money and you will run out faster? any help would be awsome thanks alot .
