I have seen liquid creatine that you take 10 minutes before workout. It says that one serving is equal to 2500 mg of creatine. (that isn't that much at all even on a maitnence phase 5-10 g) I was wondering if this is garbage or not and just wanted to know what everyine is using. Has anyone tried stacking both. I have just started using EAS Phosphagen HP, too early for results. What brands is everyone on this site using?
