hey for the past 4 weeks this has been my diet, plently of water, met-rex meal replacements 3 a day, along with 2 muscle milk protien shakes, 1 befor and 1 after i work out, then maybe 1 more at bedtime. i went from 210lbs and 8.5% bf to 212lbs. and 8.2%bf. this was a nice break from chewing all my food, this week i am back to normal chicken, tuna, ect. give me some feed back!!!!!111

Yea those protein bars somtimes are kinda hard comming back out lol. Supplements are supplements meant to help you out, as a supplement, not a complete diet.

i understand that, but i have a personal trainer now, and she has trained alot of folks, anyways i know you need solid food, but the results to me were outstanding. almost a .5 percent bf drop and gained 2 lbs. its not that i need to cut down on food intake, its just she wanted me to try it and see how it went. now i am on a food diet. thanks for you feed back

a .35 change in bodyfat in 4 weeks isn't that much. 2 pounds of muscle is nice.
Your trainer told you to do this? I guess if she has 'traineed a lot of folks' than you should listen to her.

i mean at only around 8% i really do not need tom lose bf,
its just i wanted to gain some weight and i tried this per my trainer, i was not trying to be smart when i said she trained alot of folks, i just meant she has been certified for a while. sorry if it came across that way. i am getting help for my issues with not thinking before i speak and making people mad. bigandrew can tell you that.

I am a little cranky this week, sorry.
I do think it is irresponsibe to put someone on a liquid diet, but that is just my opinion and my schooling as a trainer.
I am going on vacation and then I won't be so crabby, I promise!
