Then stick to the basics of proper lifting, good nutrition, and 8+ hrs of sleep....are you a seasoned pro that you need this?...supplements are something extra that could an option for experienced lifters....beginners don't need much of anything to make gains...

I'm 19 and have been lifting religiously for 2 years. This past year I have been alot more strict and I follow a good diet and have made some good gains. I was just wondering if anyone has used this or not. I have tried some supplements in the past and nothing has really worked at all. I was just lookin for something to give me the added boost for faster gains. Has anyone taken this or known anyone that has taken it?

whey/cassein protein, creatine, glutamine, multivitamin, ZMA, are good choices for the extra boost....I don't think there's any need for Liquid Testatropinol.....

try some of the animal products lines....lil pricy though. But 2 years isn't a long time....Cause if you weren't watching what you was eating the 1st year....then that really doesn't count as much. In 3 or 4 years....and your still stuck....then I could see taking some kind of "extra" somthing or another.
but heres my guess as to why your not making big gains.
1. not eating enough( write what you eat down in a day), whateve ryour eatting now, add 500calores to that.....and eat that a day.
2. your training sucks........I beat you do chest several times a week....along with arms....shoulders back.....and lil or no legs.( if i'm wrong "I appoligize"
* guys with big strong legs....are usually big and strong all over*
3. You've been doing the same thing over and over again.
( change what you do drasticly......instead of doing 10 10 8 8 6.......do 10 sets of 3.....
4. Not enough rest.... ( 4 days a week for a non juicer....is enough training with weights. % is pushing it....but ok, but more likly to overtrain.
5. not the right mind set........
my suggestions is this......Next week, take the whole week off.......maybe a lil cardio......and start really thinking about your diet. Over the summer I can add a good solid 10 lbs by writing down what I eat, for a few months. After your week off, come back with a new FIRE....try somthing new......if you don't squats....do squats...if all you normally do is flat bench press......do incline or decline. Change your reps too......if you always done over 6 reps......drop down into the "power" range......6 and under.
You have to really think about how much effort your putting into what your doing.....
And finaly....leave your ego at the door....ego leads to injuries and bad gains.....go in there and do what you can do.....don't worry about how your not reping over 200lbs, but the guy next to you is.....who cares? HE's not you! Your not him! Girls don't care about how much is on the bench bar.....so get over your self......workout with your head.....and heart.....not with your ego!
we all hit plateaus
good luck to ya
