Hi everyone. My name is Lisa I am 36 and overweight :( I can't afford to join the gym or weight watchers etc. I am counting calories and trying to get motivated with a home fitness routine. My goal is to lose 50-60 lbs.
You don't have to have a gym membership or weight watchers! You can get a body weight routine from this site, and moderate calories on your own. Your goal is very doable!
