there was a hypnotist guy in my area last night. I was going to go check it out but it was $60!!!(besides, there was a sale at the mall):)anywho... He was doing hypno to help people stop smoking, eat healthy, overcome difficulties. can a hypnotist really but a suggestion into a persons mind to change a behavior or lifestyle??

Many have claimed positive results. Personally, I don't think I can be hypnotized and this thinking alone probably makes me an unlikely candidate. Of course, I can always be hypnotized by beauty :big_smile:

Most people can be hypnotized and many/most believe they cannot. But you can, there is only a select few that cannot be hypnotized. I used to know how you could tell if you would be easily hypnotized or not, but i can't think of it. If i do think of it i'll let you guys know.

My neighbor went to a hypnotist to stop smoking. It has now been over 1 year and she hasn't pick one up yet

I quit with a hypnotist and $60 is a good rate. Mine was a PHD type psychologist and cost more. I highly recommend it.
