Like I said a few weeks ago, I had a major fight with the flu (and it won....ugh). Yesterday was my first attempt at starting my heavy regimine since then, and it wasn't too bad. Did chest and biceps, and got 360 up on the incline bench. And eating is getting better as well: For breakfast this morning, I had a 9 egg white omlet with 2 slices of NF cheese, salsa, NF sour cream, and a banana, 2 servings of oatmeal, 2 cups of milk, and half cup of yogurt.
Trying to get back there - Just wanted to let someone know...

Good to hear you are feeling better, rev.
LOL, you eat almost my entire day's intake for breakfast... (well, not the whole day:))
It is encouraging to see you back from all that time you were having blood sugar issues, and now the flu.

Thanks for everything, guys. That's why I love coming to this site!
Oh, it was bad, Veda. I ended up this 240 pound quivering baby whimpering for his mommy while lying on my couch praying for death! Couldn't eat or sleep, had the major chills, and all my joints were stiff. *yuck*
Now, you're really starting to sound like my sis, asimmer. But you should have seen the food intake for the rest of the day - yum!
But, today is shoulder day. I did 345 for 2 on the military press 3 weeks ago, so, we'll see what I can put up today... :dumbbell:
