Little fat problems!!!

I don't have any real big fat problems but i have two things on my body which i can't stand. Number 1- The fat in my arm pit, i hate it ppl have laughed at me because of it, i just don't know how i got it. Could you plz tell me some exercises to get rid of it!>!>!>!???? Number 2- my waist, it's 28 inch and i am only 13, what kind of exercises should i be doing to get rid of some of the fat in that area????>>>>!!!!??

You can't spot trim your body. You need a balanced diet..at 13 you shouldn't be worried about fat anyway. just eat right.

waist size 28?nothin compared to my 34 but im 6'4 and 153 and 14
