I don't have any real big fat problems but i have two things on my body which i can't stand. Number 1- The fat in my arm pit, i hate it ppl have laughed at me because of it, i just don't know how i got it. Could you plz tell me some exercises to get rid of it!>!>!>!???? Number 2- my waist, it's 28 inch and i am only 13, what kind of exercises should i be doing to get rid of some of the fat in that area????>>>>!!!!??
