I am trying to figure out where (USA and beyond) everyone is at. I am hoping to find someone hiding among the Amish in PA. Seriously though, I would like to try to find someone in PA to possible workout with and motivate each other. So where are you all from?? |

VA, sorry bud. I have seen folks post ads looking for partners. If you put one up that mentioned your goals and how serious you were, you might get some hits.-------------- Ischjli "Only those who will risk going too far can possibly find out how far one can go." -- T. S. Elliot |

Great Britain – Lancaster at the moment I make that about 6356 km to Amish, but I come from Wolverhampton and that’s only 5945km away, so if I am ever popping back I know who to call for a spot! he he he |

I'm in the wonderful Toronto :) I originally hail from Sault Ste Marie (northern Ontario) So I still laugh at people who complain about the snow and cold.....although I am a true summer baby and would love to be on a beach somewhere right now.PAT |

I'd like to think I'm a kid at heart - but no, I don't like playing in the snow! I don't like playing Candyland or Chutes and Ladders, either. I *do* like making Shrinky Dinks and baking cookies - and painting my daughter's fingernails, even though I can't remember the last time i painted my own - so I'm not a total failure as a mom. ROFL |

Shrinky dinks?! you mean you've never heard of them! (I thought you had kids... all kids should know what shrinky dinks are!) Basically its this sheet of thin plastic that you cut out into shapes and then color... then you bake it and it shrinks, the desigen and the shape stay the same but the plastic gets thicker and smaller. You can make you little shapes into all kinds of things like buttons, card decorations etc. When I was a kid they had disney character that you could get. Then they turned into like these one dimentional action figures. (I guess it was a girl thing |

NJ hereAww shrinky dinks I forgot all about them. Wow! I hope they're still around when my daughter gets old enough to use them, although mine always came out funny shaped. -------------- Question: Why is it when you start a diet that's when your house fills up with all the goodies you've ever wanted. It's a fun project to do with a little kid - the stuff they draw makes neat key chains, etc. My daughter drew a rooster, an alien, and some other stuff. Turned out really neat. Not sure if an 11 year old boy would be so turned on by this project - LOL - you may have missed your chance, carivan! |

Currently I'm near Springfield, MA, but I've been and lived all over the US ( e.i WA, OR, CA, HI, GA, FL, and VT). Believe me, Hawaii is looking awfully good at this time of the year!
