hey everybody
i'm a rookie on this site but i've been around the gym for a while.
grew up being the tall skinny guy. 6ft3in and anywhere between 160 and 180 growing up. couldn't gain weight for anything.
after 9/11 i joined the marines, got in shape, but stayed skinny.
went to iraq. ate right, supplemented, and worked out like a maniac 5 times a week for 7 months. came back in october weighing 205, hard and proud.
forgot about cookies and fast food back here, so when i got home i overdid it and slipped. i also forgot about all the distractions like tv and neighborhood bars.
have been partying, eating poorly, and not hitting the gym regularly for 4 months. now i weigh a soft 208, and looking to get solid again.
gonna try to bulk up to 225 and cut back down to 210 or 215.
i know what i have to do and where i want to be, the hard part is getting there.
hopefully this website will help me head in the right direction.
