Last January I weighed 185lbs and I am 5'5". It was horrible. I managed to loose 50lbs along w/ fience who also lost 50lbs. In the mean time we got ingaged and I bought a size 8 wedding dress. NOW I AM A SIZE 10-11. AHH and my fitting is July 22. No way I am going to fit now. So I found this site to help me become motovated again. So needless to say I have 27 days to loose 10lbs and 4mts to tone and loose another 5lbs. Any incouragement would be great!!:big_smile:

First I want to say way to go. You have done very good so far, and the desire to continue is a wonderful thing. Also Congradulations. The best thing for this is cardio and abs. If you have a treadmill, or a park that you like, or even take your significant other with you to keep you motivated and company. As for the abs, this site has a great program, and while it is listed as a 12 week program, you will see results before then. It may be what you are looking for.

That is exactly what I signed up for! I was hopeing to hear good results because I hate crunches and am not going to do them unless it works, so thanks for the incouragement.
