After trying out the 12wk program the 2 wk rest feels like a good break. I noticed gains but I gained more BF that I would have liked. There is alot of new fat (or loose skin) around my stomach and especially on my back area and now I want to get rid of it.
I've noticed that my chest isn't tight without fexing. It feels like I have extra skin around there. Can anyone explain the reason for this?
Anyone have a good 4wk program I can follow? Something that will get my those ripped results but still let me add muscle. Something hardcore to do 3-4 days a week. I want to focus extra on my glutes and biceps. And loose that extra BF thats hanging on to my back and hiding my abs.
Thats a bulking diet gaining fat and muscle. Get used to it if you want bigger muscles. Sorry but you can get those RIPPED results and still get muscle but you can get rid of the fat you just put on and expose the new muscle you put on that will give you the ripped look.
