Hi, 15pounds here!!

I really need a motivation buddy  to help me stay on track. I have about 15 pounds to loose and tone up. I have been working out for a year, doing cardio 4 days and lifting up to 5 days a week. :dumbbell:

I really think I have hit a platue, and just cant seem to get off the 150 mark, and its really starting to bug me.

I would really love for someone in the same shoes as I am to help me out and motivate me to keep going

Help

One way I've heard to break a platue is to change up your workout routines to shock the muscles. After working the muscles for awhile with the same routine they seem to grow a memory and tend to try and stop at a certain point. Way to go on the achievement though, I myself am trying to get to 180lb bench from my current 125lb. Drive on, and drive on hard you can do it.:dumbbell:
