My name is Georgette. I have just finished the first week of my exercise program. I need a little advice. I felt really great doing all of the exercises except for when I worked my biceps. Doing the curls with a 20 lb. barbell has left traps and the backsides of my elbows way sore. Am I doing it wrong? Also my wrists are in such pain during this exercise. My biceps really aren't even that sore. Just added info: I am 5'2" and weigh 125.
sit down when you do these so your back is FLAT against something. Try to keep proper form, you should never feel this in your wrist. This comes from straining to get the weight up. (aswell as elbow soreness). Go down a weight and go slow and have perfect form.
